So Damn Sweet is a collaboration with vocalist and cellist Liana Nuse. The music track began as another of J and Jonny's sketches from the Figure app - after sending a few such sketches to Liana, she sent back some vocal ideas for this one that brought the track to life. Later, J thought it might be interesting to try adding some more organic instrumental layers to the song - after sending Liana a demo of some melodic ideas that J had played on bass clarinet, she added her signature cello playing to the song. While the original idea had been to feature the cello on its own, the resulting cello/bass clarinet combo seemed to work nicely as a duet and became part of the final piece.
